MarQab - CosV

I assessed the status of the Labor Market Observatory (LMO) and designed a strategy to engage institutions, universities, and SMEs across Lebanon. I developed a sustainable business model for data collection and analysis, supported the redesign of the online platform with COSV staff and Italian stakeholders, and monitored the development and rebranding of the platform while coordinating with program managers.
